Each design is individually quoted based on what’s involved, and you'll always receive a proof to review and approve before we go to print.

 Step by step guide

  1. Send your enquiry to info@setthescenebackdrops.com
  2. When making contact with us please ensure that you include all of your requirements within your email and attach any logo or artwork files that you have.  We will then provide you with a quotation for your requirements. If you are happy and you wish to proceed, you will be invoiced for payment.

    Once paid you will then receive your receipt and order confirmation. 

  3. Once the agreed art work is confirmed our designers will go to work to create your cover design, once complete you will be emailed proof of artwork for your approval.

  4. Once approved by yourself your order will then be sent to our production team. 

  5. Your cover will go into production

  6. Your cover is then dispatched for delivery

Please note: Once you’ve approved your design and your cover has gone into production, we’re unable to make changes or offer refunds, as it’s a custom-made item.
