RETURNS
All of our products are PRE ORDER ONLY unless stated otherwise. As a result of this we DO NOT offer returns unless there is an issue with your item because our products are made to order. We do not stock any products that are shown or advertised on our website.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 14 working days from the date of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you find that your order is damaged or faulty in anyway then please contact us to start a return for a replacement of the identical design and product. To start a return for a replacement product of the identical design and product you can contact us at info@setthescenebackdrops.com If your return is accepted, we will advise where to return your order to. The safety and cost is the consumers responsibility until such time that we receive your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
